Bajache, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Mosaic Biz (the "Service") to do the same. This policy explains how to report claimed copyright infringement and how we respond, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

1. Platform Role

Mosaic Biz is a catalog-management and operations tool for record labels and artist teams. Customer organizations are solely responsible for having the necessary rights, licenses, and clearances for the sound recordings, compositions, samples, artwork, and documents they upload, and for the accuracy of splits, credits, and sample-clearance records they maintain in the Service. We do not review Customer Content for rights ownership before it is uploaded.

2. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at legal@mosaicbiz.app that includes:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to locate it within the Service;
4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Notices that do not substantially comply with these requirements may not receive a response.

3. Our Response

Upon receiving a compliant notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the organization that uploaded it. We will provide the uploading organization with a copy of the notice and information about the counter-notice process below.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@mosaicbiz.app that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal;
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate judicial district), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the material in 10-14 business days unless the original complaining party notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the uploading party from engaging in the infringing activity.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users and organizations who are determined to be repeat infringers.
